Great '60s internet radio

Postby Keith Bateman » 07 Feb 2011, 13:02

I've recently found a really good '60s internet station with a tenuous Shadows connection - Radio Atlantis Gold http://www.radioatlantisgold.com/. They use parts of Atlantis in the infrequent jingles. No advertisements and non-stop '60s tracks but not the usual mix of well-worn hits. This station features popular and rare hits and the occasional album track from the UK and the US. I believe it is based in Toronto but features a surprising amount of UK stuff which embraces the whole decade so there are many tracks from the early part of the decade which suits me. I even heard "Donald, Where's Your Troosers" yesterday! Several Cliff & Shadows tracks but I must confess I haven't heard a Shadows one yet.

I've had it playing for the last couple of days and have not yet heard a repeated track. An excellent mix.
