Glasgow Rocks.

Just got back home from one of the best concert's which I've ever attended.

No negatives, so nothing to say about the sound, the colour of the guitars or the set list, just a fabulous night out, so if you don't have a ticket yet, get one, you won't be disappointed. :D

Just got in too Alan and I have to say that that was one of the best concerts I have ever attended. All talk about Cliff's voice went straight out the window; he sounded great and the Shads were what we expected, wonderful.

How perfect could an evening be? I even bumped into you. :D

Hi Alan, I was there too. I never saw Cliff & The Shadows, back in the old days. I agree with all which you wrote. I was amazed by the following - Cliff's energy and voice, which is even better than the sound on the new album; the number of the times that Bruce and Hank changed their Guitars, and I was curious about Hank changing to a Black coloured Strat and also Bruce also changing to a sunburst Strat; the big screens although my view was obscured by the speakers which were above the stage; the Shads sound was different from their Final Tour; Cliff was knowledgeable about referring to us as Glaswegians.
I hope that we did not miss any numbers due to the late comers.
All going well, I'll be back again on Saturday night, although it will be quite a rush to catch the last train back to East Kilbride.
And yes, the packed audience loved it and Glasgow Rocked last night.
Neil.

Was this the guitar you saw Neil? It's a Burns 12 string Apache.

Yup, spot on.

Never thought I'd hear stuff like Dynamite, Hogh class baby and Nine times out of ten 'live'

For a big shed, the sound was amazing.

Great night's entertainment - and the programme *is* worth every penny!

Liverpool was just the same. I do agree with Alan's comments about guitars and other anorak stuff (which I normally love!) - just enjoy it!

And not to forget Hank opening the second half playing his Scotsman Strat; I wonder how many people noticed it.
