What is meant by the word 'heel shape' ? and on Hanks custom shop strats the sig and autograph what shape are they?

Heel shape is where the the neck attaches to the body.
The standard heel is just the square type
and the comfort heel has a slope on it so its easier to reach the upper frets.

I get it now, the strat has a rounded heel and the tele has a square heel.

The rounded heel on a strat is a custom option.It usually has a square heel.
