I've always had the highest regard for Stephen as guitarist and as a true gentleman.
I just feel stunned.

What awful news. I can only endorse what others have already said: Stephen was a true gentleman. I will miss chatting with him at Shadowmania this year. My thoughts are with his family.

We are totally stunned and shocked by the news of Stephen's death. We only spoke to him last week. A real true gentleman, and very knowledgeable about music. He will be sadly missed by all who met him. We just can not get our heads around this. He was a tremendous player be it lead or rhythm.

Shocked and saddened by this news. I only new Stephen for a very short time at the Warwick club. And as a total newbie player - he gave me encouragement and advice and I will never forget him. As already said - a true gentlemen always smiling and eager to help. He will most certainly be missed.
