Shadowmania Video's on YouTube

Phil, this is spectacular!! The quality of the videos and the sound are first class. Thanks for that and for taking the time and making such a huge effort to enable all of us who were not there (and who were there as well) to be able to watch these videos and keep them as souvenirs . . . And of course, thanks to YouTube and all the rapidly developing Internet technology that makes possible something that was inconceivable only a few years ago.

As Didier pointed out you can download the Videos from Youtube which then saves the dreaded streaming
problem that Rosemary is having.

I downloaded the videos using Download Helper with Firefox, but I had a problem with Tempatation 80 by The Runaways. While Temptation was played on Youtube, it was Going Home which was downloaded !
I don't know if this bug came from Youtube or Download Helper, I had to user Replay Media Catcher to download it right.
I downloaded all the videos in 720p.

Yes, I have downloaded all of Phil's videos. I only had a problem with Temptation as explained. I am looking forward to make some DVDs out of them. But on the same day I was at a Shadow's meeting in Ancenis (Britanny, France) and filmed all day long, so I now have also several hours of videos to edit. And I have outdoor works to do at home. As a consequence, I am quite busy, and my PC is getting very warm !

Hi all,

I knew I was going to miss somtehing very special. Thank you Phil for the superb videos.
Mr. Welch couldn't have made a better and varied choice.
All the bands were way up to the task and have litterally mastered Shadows music.
A real pleasure to watch all of them.
I would have liked to see maybe just a little bit more of the Rock'n'Roll Warren & Friends & Dad performed so nicely.
I hope this will not be the last Shadowmania. It's indeed something really special.

I'd just like to add my thanks to Phil for all the time and trouble taken on the day and subsequently to create these videos for all to enjoy.

I've downloaded some but have used my YouTube account to create a personal playlist and last night was able to relive the show in comfort by playing them back via my tv WiFi connection.

I really hope there will be a Shadowmania 2012 - If there is I'de like to get a second video camera and shoot
from a different angle then edit the videos together.
