"That sound" by Pistolesi In NY?

I vaguely remember someone getting the Pistolesi book somewhere in New York, a while ago.
Could I pick up a copy there myself? Where?

Malcolm Addey (EMI recording engineer in the glory days) was one of the co-authors of the book and had an amount of stock still left when I visited him in January this year. However, all the copies which were for sale have now been sold, from the UK. I also know (because I checked) that the Pistolesi family have no copies left either.
