Fantastic meeting - I enjoyed it very much.

Thanks to all who organised it and of course to Brian "Licorice" Locking for making it a very special day.

A BIG thank you to all who organised this fantastic afternoon.
Lots of great playing, good food and a tombola with sooooo many prizes.
A very well presented speech by Iain Purdon remembering our friend Stephen Swann. Plus a trio of tunes played in his memory.
And of course the best part - Mr Locking in person - playing bass, harmonica, singing, reminiscing about his life in The Shadows and life afterwards.
Is there anything this man cannot do?

Hi , What a great day ! Licorice was a perfect guest , lots of interesting stories from the begining of his career ,to the way he started with The Wildcats, to meeting Hank and Bruce etc , a great Bass and Mouthorgan player, and a very good singer , and a very nice person to , Ron and Ann Sutton
