No, there wasn't an EP release as such in the UK. It was actually in France. My father has this same EP.

Make no mistake : the guitar on the front cover wasn't the one used by Hank. EMI France photgrapher was asked to supply a photo of an electric guitar, and he shot the first one he could borrow !
