Did anyone else see Cliff on TV recently? If so, I was wondering how he seemed to you -- both in terms of personality and appearance, if you don't mind my asking. He's never on TV over here in the US. Did he basically seem the same as usual?

I can't really think of the proper way to say this, but I feel a bit worried about him. However, I sincerely do not mean this as gossip. It's just that Cliff said one or two things (that I've read online) which struck me as a bit melancholy and somewhat odd -- but I wouldn't know. Newspapers sometimes publish a direct quote from a celebrity...but if they don't give you the full context in which the quote was made, I think it can give a false impression. That may be the case here.

He seemed fine to me Donna, I think that age is just finally catching up with him, albeit slowly

Fear not, I think he's just the same as the rest of us, the older we get the more we reflect, grizzle and forget things

I'm just getting to the 'couldn't care less' stage and am finding it very liberating!
