Quuen of Hearts/Mountains of the moon

I used to have a CD with both these tracks on but have mislaid it, probably left in a car. I can't seem to find any listing of an album with both these tracks. Any one help me out?

This could be one of the infamous 'browning' CD's which means discolouration (from sulphur in the CD make up I think?) eventually causes the the last tracks (on the edge) to stop playing first, and then eventually all of them - check it out on receipt!
