I have bought some Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother and had a first taste today... not too bad at all with honey. I will give it 3-6 weeks and see if it helps.

My sister who has Celiac disease has had some ups and downs with her health and had a bad run last summer so much so she did not feel up to going away on a planned holiday. She has tried many things to get as well as she can but not with great success until she tried untreated milk. She states her health has got much better as a result of taking the unpasturised milk.

I thought that could be dangerous as there would be possible harmful bacteria in the milk. Well apparently th Royal family and the aristocrosy have been having it untreated for years and are doing Ok! They aint daft !

It is thought that the heating process destroys the natural enzymes in the milk and yes some good bacteria which are useful in the gut. There is a fair bit of thinking around that some types of arthritis start because of imbalances in the gut. The enzymes are important to break down the food you eat and are missing often from over processed foods.

So this Apple Cider Vinegar seems to have the enzymes and bacterium as well some I think there is something in this thinking and I am prepared to try some.

This of course is similar to the thinking behnd cultured yogurt drinks folks. :o :)

I noticed a distinct improvement in my knees when I had them replaced with titanium ones.

I have heard that having titanium ones fitted does cure 'monkees on the knees' -- at least that's what Bluebottle says ;)
