I have a solution to the problem.

2013 marks Cliff and the Shadows 55th anniversary. So...

Cliff and the Shads reunite for a series of concerts at one venue. I would suggest the Royal Albert Hall as being the most appropriate. The set list would be markedly different from the 50th anniversary tour, as it would include such favourites as The Day I Met Marie, Silvery Rain, Riders in the Sky, Let Me Be The One, etc...

A couple of the concerts are recorded and then released on CD as a live album -

"Cliff Richard & The Shadows Live at the Royal Albert Hall"

It would sell in shedloads and give them another No. 1 album.

That's my solution and suggestion, anyway...

Hands up everyone who'd buy it?

Being a completist, I would buy it. However I would far rather that there was no Cliff Involvement at all. Having listened to the Re-united DVD , I would say that whereas The Shadows still have much to offer, Cliff is not what he used to be.
