Lemon Popsicles & S'berry M'shake : 60 Instrumental Greats

Anyone else got this 3-CD set? I've just come across it in Tesco - instrumentals of all kinds from the late 50s/early 60s, with a sprinkling of Shadows/Ventures/Duane Eddy. Some interesting stuff, although the title is a bit misleading; I would describe a few of the tracks as 'dire' rather than 'great', but hey - it was three quid!

PS Had to abbreviate the title to get it all in!

I bought it quite a while ago -apart from a handful of OK tunes, for me it's mostly rubbish.

The other CDs in this series are quite good - it's just that they weren't enough good intros around to make a quality compilation.
