Conversion?

Does anyone know how to convert a Band in the box file to MP3 format? I've tried everything to download some backing tracks I've done onto my memory stick and cd.

You can convert the BIAB file to WAV format within BIAB and then subsequently convert the WAV to MP3 with something like the freebie, SCMPX.

In BIAB main screen there is a Render tab. Click on it and it will give you the opportunity to save individual tracks or the "mix" AS WAV, MP3 OR WMA.
