Copy of Bert Weedon - This is Your Life?

Does anyone have a video recording of the 'This is Your Life' on Bert - from 1992?
I would love to get a copy of this if at all possible - will cover any costs, if anyone would be kind enough to copy if for me?

It would be very good if someone could source a copy of Bert's appearance on "This is your Life".
It would be even better if one of the primary TV channels did a commerative documentary on Bert.
