Dont Know Exactly what the date refers to
but that date was a WEDNESDAY not a Monday as written in brackets.

Jay you have right with the day but
this manuscript is handwritten by Alan Jones in 2005 at Tilburg third April (a day after his birthday) when I asked when was his accident. My second birthday he commented.
