Cliff & Shads live on German TV tonight

Tonight during the 'Willkommen bei Carmen Nebel' show (ZDF, 20.15 German time or 19.15 UK time) Cliff & the Shads will have their guests spot and will be playing live. Probably some will be able to watch the programme via Satellite.

It was nice to see the boys on telly again
But what a clumsy cam work,it seems to me the director had difficulty to see Hank and Bruce for more than two sec in focus....
The cam switched from left to right in a hasty passe....
Hanks mic stand was more in center of the picture and in focus ,as Hank himself...
Hank did use the oasis strat and 3 Vox amps were on stage no JMI,I reckon those amps are supplied by the tv station....
The preformed ICEFILWY and Cliff did a acoustic version of Rotte Lippen and they all did the original of that Lucky lips...
I like to see more of them on tv but,the story goes this was just to promote the German show on the 28th of November,as tickets sales are not that good for that show....if my info is correct they need 20.000 peeps to get the stadium filled and they are about halfway

Great stuff Ulrich, thanks for posting.I wish our TV people here in the UK would have the same respect for them as the German's, the set was outstanding for their performance.

True..but too bad they had to PLAYBACK to their own music..I only had to see the look on Hank's face to see that he was NOT amused..
