Legend at Saltburn

What it says, really. Anybody living in the Cleveland/ North Yorks area (or further afield, come to that...though passports may be required) may be interested in a gig we have lined up on Saturday 18th August at the Saltburn Community Theatre (kick-off at 7-30) We'll be playing all the hits as well as some that should have been. For those of you who can't go a whole evening without singing along to The Young Ones we'll no doubt be doing a few of those too. Terry tells me the tickets are £7.50 each, which seems a steal to me, but, then, Terry never did understand the true value of quality. We hope to see loads of our old friends and, of course, make some new ones. A list will be made of any absentees, so make sure you're not on it. See you there,
Love from Chris, Hoffers, Terry & me

Flippin' cheek! It's actually my last known school photo. When I was keeping wicket for Sir William Turner's foundling School for backward boys and forward girls. School motto: "Tous les fromages sont avant les imposteurs".

Just been speaking with Monsieur Carter. Apparently there are only about 30 tickets left for this gig. So if any of you Teesside/N.Yorks-based guys were considering it, the Tel. no. for booking is 01287 624997. Looking forward to seeing you guys.
Bonjour.

In a previous life, Mr Martcaster was better known as Rondo Hatton, appearing in a number of B movies. The photograph dates from that time...
