I notice that early September sees Cliff & The Shadows Reunited released on Blu-Ray.

Looks like this Blu Ray release comes from Australia, which has the same region code as Europe (B).

The DVD already have a very good image and sound quality (on my 55" LED/LCD TV), will this Blu Ray be really better ?

Cliff Richard & The Shadows, "The Final Reunion”, will be released on Blu-Ray in the UK on December 3rd, Germany on November 23rd and in rest of Europe on November 26th 2012.

I already have the Blu Ray Australian release. Image and sound are excellent, but they were already very good on the DVD, so you need to have a large HD TV to take full advantage of it.
