App for playing single tracks on an Ipad/Ipod

I read on here about an APP that allow you to play a single track at a time on an ipad /ipod etc. I have downloaded this App to my I-tunes but have NO IDEA of how to use it or attatch it to any playlists I have ! I,m a complete idiot with PCs so can someone PLEASE HELP ME lol

Mike, I posted it on this forum, too. The app is called One Track Mind. You don't have to worry about accessing your playlists - once the app is installed, pressing the playlist button finds them automatically.

Many thanks for your reply ! However am I missing something here ??? If I make a playlist up on my PC then open it , are you saying that the buttons should appear at the bottom of the screen as shown in the App pics ??
I have opened a playlist on my PC and only the tunes are there and NO BUTTONS to stop and start each track. Perhaps you could kindly give me a call so we can talk through it so I can understand what to do ?? My numbers are : 01527550753 or 07941024610

Mike, I'll be happy to give you a call and talk through. First, though, let me just check the format that your playlists are in. The playlists the app uses are those you create in iTunes or in the music apps on your iPad, iPhone, iPod etc. When you open One Track Mind on your iPad/iPod, it accesses the playlists from the music app on the same device. I'm not clear how you are trying to access playlists on your PC from your iPad/iPod.

Hi Noel,

I have just bought an Ipad 3 and the Apple store set the app up for me . All I need to do now is attatch it to my PC and download my itunes tracks and playlists and hopefully it should be automatically attatched to the playlists , or so Apple tell me it should lol
Watch this space as i will sync the Ipad in the next few days and see what happens ! I will deff come back to you though as i,m sure i will still need your expertise in the end ! DERRRRRRRRRRR if I only had a brain !!!!

That's all correct Mike. Once you've synched the iPad and PC, your playlists will appear in any app that needs them. Here's a tip. When you synch, you don't have to synch everything, you can use the tick boxes iTunes displays to choose just the playlists you want.

For instance, I have a special playlist for small gigs that I change frequently, and to get the updated list onto my iPad, I synch only that playlist.
