I must agree, Ecca, that too many bands seem to opt for Black suits & shirts these days. Let's have a bit of imagination please. The Shads wore Red blazers on the cover of their first EP, & looked good & early '60s Rock 'n Roll. My band tends to wear Scarlett Shirts, White loosened ties & Black trousers, & Hawaian shirts for any outdoor summer performances.
I have a new Instro quartet formed recently to do a charity performance at Oakleigh Music store in Halesowen this Saturday daytime. If you do have a 'Shaddlersmania', do let me know; I'm sure I could persuade them to come over & ruin some perfectly good tunes for your entertainment. We do Shads/Ventures tunes & are thinking of calling ourselves 'Blind, Deaf, Dumb & Daft'.
