Ah The Rapiers, I have the greatest respect and admiration for these guys - amongst a great deal of dross and wannabes who have never put the time in, they are the real deal, brilliant !

They are certainly the best at what they do! So glad I was able to see them play (with Jet) at Shadowmania in 2007 when I came over from Oz...

Absolutely spot-on to the Pirates early '60's recorded sound...a nice tribute to the band and Colin's playing was especially a nice tribute to the late great Mick Green.

(Mind you, being a bit of a old mad rocker myself, I also like the Pirates mid-late 1970's heavier wilder style too (as per their LP Out of Our Skulls)- I don't know whether Colin P-J would approve though!) :shock:
