You'll see the pictures Al, I've changed the knobs to simple chicken head coloured ones with the legends engraved into the plate.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at the "Hankies" yesterday - it was my first visit.
Managed to get a picture of Eric with his new 8 stringer, which has a particularly wide fingerboard - great sounding guitar (or was it great sounding Eric?).
With apologies Eric if I did'nt capture your "best side" in the image.

Best wishes

Tony

Ecca's building one of his valve jobbies for me Bojan so if all goes well, and I can remember how to play the guitar and work the flipping digital recorder, I'll post a soundfile for you. I think I can remember how to play Apache!!! The Savage might be pushing it though!!!

Ecca it's b.....y marvellous being a pensioner. Being too old is a great excuse for getting out of loads of things!!

I should add that I am not officially a pensioner just yet - I just look like one!!

Your unit is built and working Al, I've been playing around with it today.
Should be away by Tuesday, just waiting for 7806 regulators.
