Yup! West Coast Main Line is closed for part of the weekend, so I'm going the long way round via Newcastle. Maybe I should send the tie on in advance?

Seriously, we have had snow on a previous occasion but snowfree would be much better. Great lineup this year, with a few familiar faces on stage, and some newcomers too.

Just curious as to whether or not any original members of the Chantays have ever attended or performed Pipeline event?

Alas, no...

Travel costs being what they are. most bands at the Convention have been Europe based. Notable exceptions have been George Tomsco with 3 Balls of Fire, Bob Spalding and (twice) Canada's finest, The Falcons. Most recently, another great Canadian band, Reverb Syndicate were with us in 2012.
