There are certainly lots of Burns bits there - including a Marvin trem - but I'd be very suspicious, particularly of the Fender style headstock.

Total fake and an abortion to boot, which is what such an ill-conceived monstrosity deserves! Like a bad penny or an equally offensive smell, this particular Franken-axe simply refuses to go away. It seems to haunt me, having cropped up on numerous occasions over the past 30+ years, each time with a different proud owner suffering under the sad delusion of being in possession of a rare and real, Burns-built one-off. It certainly isn't any such thing and despite optimistic claims concerning value, the only inherent worth lies in some of the parts employed, so 'breaking for spares' would be the kindest way to finally put this beast out of its over-extended misery.

Aha... still on the market then...
This thing was offered to me some while back, and just on the very remotest chance that it had any sort of provenance I contacted Paul who filled me in on what he knew of it (see Paul's message above). Even if it had been some sort of genuine Burns experiment, I couldn't see that given that Burns are nicely styled, and that it was post Marvin, that they would make something so ugly, and use Fender style headstocks. They'd have used current necks of the time etc., etc. - so I wasn't hopeful that Paul was going to say anything particularly positive about it.
I figured that I'd offer the seller a modest amount just so I could dismantle it for the genuine Burns parts, but my offer and the asking price were poles apart!
Maybe it's one of those 'boomerang' guitars (that just won't go away)... or a re-occurring bad dream Paul!

you wait, it'll become so notorius that one day it will have value, look at the prices Eko Florentines fetch, I had one back then, it was a sweet guitar but put it in front of the modest amp I had in 1962 and it howled like a banshi.

A few years back fuelled by rose coloured nostalgia I bought one on Ebay, and guess what? that one howled as well.

So give it another 10 or so years and if this one is still around it may well surprise you as to what someone is preparred to pay
