As long as you can still hear the top note (high E string, 21st or 22nd fret) on yer guitar, why worry? ;)

(I've been told in the past to turn me ACOUSTIC guitar down....)

I am 69 and have had two state-of-the-art hearing aids for several years. They do help. but not when several people are talking at once or in a noisy environment. Under those circumstances I now communicate wholly through the medium of dance. :D

I can state that this man does the finest "Can Can" wearing only Hawaiian coloured Lycra shorts whilst playing Duelling Banjos on a Ukelele that I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing.

In fact I did witness it and am giving evidence in his defence at Durham Magistrates next Monday. :D :D
