I don't think approval from Bruce is the issue here, indeed i'm sure that when this idea has been looked at in the past all 3 group members approved the majority of the intended numbers. Rollercoaster Records have access to the tapes and I believe they were going to follow their Cliff & Drifters/Shads offering with a Shads one. The issue is whether they could produce it before the copyright law changes next month. The response from Rob seems to suggest this probably wont happen.
