Hi Derek,

As ususal - it depends!

Programmes from the mid 70s onwards don't get much interest on eBay, possibly a bit more if they are signed or accompanied by ticket stubs. They usually sell on eBay for around GBP 5 - if at all.
Programmes from the M, W & F time get quite some interest, well above GBP 15 on eBay.
60's programmes depend on how common they were. Those with the group's black silhouette on red, orange, blue, yellow background usually go for something around GBP 10. The more individual programmes from this period get about the double.
Programmes from abroad usually get quite good prices. I saw the Japanese programme from 1967 go for near $100.

But, you can never tell what will happen with a specific offer. Sometimes an item find no buyer if it is listed on eBay and when the seller re-lists it there are bids from a number of interested people. I would never dare to name values to any so called collector's items, in my opinion the value is what someone is actually paying for it at this moment. So please take the above numbers as a guideline what was visible on eBay during the last few years.

I hope I did not disappoint you too much.

I am proud to say that I have a COMPLETE set of Shadows programmes from 1977 to the Final Tour of 2004. Some I got at the time when I saw them in concert (1980 - 1983/2004), the others I bought off eBay for mostly very reasonable prices. The most impressive, physically, is the Cliff and the Shadows 2009 tour brochure which is more like a book. It was expensive, but worth it. My favourites are still the 1979 and 1980 programmes.

P.S. The most I ever managed to sell anything for on eBay was a 1978 pic disc of Olivia Newton-John's album 'Totally Hot'. I think it went for about £155 - and this was about 15 years ago!!! Two people were locked in a desperate bidding war for it, hence the finishing price. I was expecting it go go for about £50 tops. So you never can tell...
