It's all here...

...the Wolseley with the bell, Lockhart (it's a filmed sequence, so no fluffing lines), Eric Lander and the theme tune.

Johnny Briggs later replaced Eric Lander (I once saw Eric Lander live at the St George's Shakespeare Theatre, Tufnell Park).

The person who uploaded the episode to youtube calls it "50s drama", but the episode concerned is definitely from no earlier than 1964, which was the year that the company changed its name from "Associated-Rediffusion" to "Rediffusion London" and dropped the full-screen revolving star ("adastral") logo in favour of the muted contrasting grey stripes.

The theme tune was also recorded in stereo for commercial release - the middle bit sounds like Elgar. I have a copy somewhere...

Just to put the record straight, this episode was, in fact, first transmitted on 10th March, 1961. It seems the date and month got reversed on the blurb accompanying the YouTube posting!

In that case, either it was repeated in 1964 or later and had the newer ident tagged onto it as part of the transmission, or someone has substituted the Rediffusion logo for the original Associated-Rediffusion version in use in 1961.

Certainly, this couldn't have been the ident at the time of the original transmission in 1961. However, there is a clue near the conclusion of the end credits, relating to the scenery used in the production. Unfortunately, we weren't able to fully appreciate its painted quality... in black and white!
