Re Granada - I thought there was a live version of this - I have definitely heard it. I assumed it was from 'Sunday Night at the Palladium' - it's a shortened version...

So badly damaged was this one that I wasn't sure it was worth saving. But a little Photoshop magic, a little judicious cropping and the shifting around of the textual parts makes it at least worth seeing, I think:

Yes, I remember a version of that picture -- although not as clear a one -- being in the NME in August 1963.
