Sleeve for Hank's album "Django's Castle"

Last year, when Hank's album "Django's Castle" was officially released as a download album on CDbaby, one of our fellow members posted a scan of an actual digipak CD case. I think it was a promotional copy. I have bought and downloaded the album in the FLAC-format from CDbaby and have made a CD-R for my own use. I would like to make an inlay for the CD case, preferably using the design of the promotional copy. Does anyone here have a scan of the physical CD sleeve for me to use? Thank you in advance.

The CD seems to have been issued in two different packages, one in the digipak format and one in a normal jewel case. It looks as if the digipak issue is sold in Australia, whereas during the tour in New Zealand the jewel case issue was available. The designs are slightly different but with identical text. Below scans of the front inlay of the jewel case issue.

Thank you Ulrich for the scans of your CD copy of the album. So there has been a rather low-key CD release then, only in Australia and New Zealand. Which record label has pressed the album? I doubt if a CD issue will ever be released here in Europe.

Which record label has pressed the album?

The paperwork and the printed side of the CD says "MTM Music Pty Ltd.", the playing side of the CD "STEBBING IFPI P801" which is Stebbing Recording Centre in Auckland, a CD manufacturing company.
