This was recorded in March '61 so presumably it was done with whatever he was using at the time.

Well I can't hear them.
That's the only song on the LP 'Listen to Cliff ' with any echo at all.

There is so much Abbey Road reverb that it's difficult to say but I agree with Ecca in that there is definitely echo there and it sounds as though it's coming from just one tape head (or maybe that's just the dominant head).

I remember a review of the song in one of the music papers of the time and it said that the song wasn`t helped by "the electric juice wailing in Hank Marvin`s guitar".

Doesn't sound like a Meazzi to my ears. I agree with Roger, it's a single repeat about 320 msec.

I measured a single echo at about 334 mSec with decaying repeats.
