All "songs" have "tunes" (allegedly!) But not all "tunes" are "songs" as in 'sung with words'.

The Sleepwalk lyrics are attributed to Don Wolf, with Betsy Brye's (Bette Anne Steele) vocal version recorded in 1959.

Yep, by Paul Francis Webster (he of The Twelfth Of Never fame and many others), subtitled This, Then Is Texas.
