I think "Arty's Party" and "Rusk" have great bass guitar riffs. Being an amateur bass guitarist, I always enjoy playing these two tracks.

It does underline (again!) how pointless this is. It doesn't even work as a 'fun' thing because for everyone who finds their favourite riff included there will be at least half a dozen infuriated that their favourites aren't in the list.

Like all lists really a bit pointless - the younger generation will have never heard of the majority of our heros, and I will never have heard of today's so called superstars!!

It may be a pointless exercise but it has generated much interest from the forum judging by the number of responses. It seems even those who find it pointless are still following and posting. There are many pointless things in life which can still be of interest
