Concert recordings

Although concert recordings by individuals are illegal, people are obviously using their phones or whatever works (and we're all appreciative).

However, it's gonna be done, it should be done correctly.

I wonder if anyone has one of these:

You didn't get many chances to record a video In Copenhagen. I was a bit slow to take a picture, because I was experimenting with shutter and other things. Suddenly a security man stood beside me and said: Only pictures, no videos.
During the concert, I saw them all over the place try to prevent video recording.
And no, I don't have such a smart recorder

Now Walt :o Why did you have to post that link
Now I'm surfing through all the sites looking for the best price and info on this item.
More money getting spent on musical gear.
Seriously, it looks a great little piece of kit. I must look into youtube and see if there are any demo's on it.
Looks like an easy solution to posting videos onto sites like this one.
You might be sorry now if I start posting me playing my guitar :o

Yah, I'm sure that security did their best on preventing recordings, but with all the U toob postings I think those who did it were quite successful, and it can only increase DVD sales.
Cool as this thing is it's not designed for DVD quality video.

I know I'm "bad" posting such a thing, but it sure looks like it would GREAT to have such a thing. :D

Price here in the states is "fixed" (among the dealers) approx $250usd.

Plenty of u toob postings:

Here's a good vid showing the basics of how the thing works:

Japanese, but you can get the idea.

Also, I've got a good SD camcorder I use. Reason I don't use it more is because of the time required to pull the video into Video Studio and edit it.

Looks like the Q3 has OK video but with HD sound.
