Okay, serious answer - but bear in mind this is just my own opinion.

You don't have to hide your guitar away. If you want to show it off to visitors, fine, that's your choice.

However, if I were one of your friends visiting, and being told not to touch, I would feel that you didn't trust me and I don't think the friendship would last very long. Why not just ask them to handle it with care? Get them to sit down and then hand it to them.

Hi Noel........Seeing that you have your own opinion about most things on here, I was surprised you were not concerned about a moderator calling a member a retard !!.... :(

Derek, I'm not sure why you have singled me out to make that comment to - I would have thought it would be more productive to address it to all the moderators here. I make a point of not getting involved in forum spats if I can possibly help it. As a moderator, myself, on other forums, I take action when necessary, but here I am just another member, I leave moderation to those whose job it is, and my only interest in coming here is to discuss music. I hoped my last posts would help get us back on topic.

I sometimes wish that I was just another member, then I could say what I really felt about some people.

I am loving this ''discussion'' on this SHADOWS FORUM. The weirdest thing though is that it has nothing to do with THE SHADOWS.

I think it has gone on too long it's like a merrygoround with people repeating the same arguments time and time again. Obviously no one got anything interesting to say about The Shadows. It's getting as boring as "Hank"
