Got a funny email from CDBaby when i ordered it, certainly made my day.

Does anyone know from which country this CD is sent when ordered? The prices state dollar, but is it American or Australian dollars? That makes quite a difference, as I have to pay the total price in the Euro currency. I have seen the price for shipping the CD more securely internationally with track and trace service, which is $59,99. Quite a sum of money for a CD which costs $26,-
