Thanks for being objective about this geffers;

I particularly enjoyed your version of Please, Please me on Friday, I think this should be a single release as many people I talked to after the show mentioned it.
Being a Beatles and Shadows fan that particular part of your show I really did enjoy, as I did in Weston, but I don't recall you doing Please Please me last time.

There are indeed a great many roundabouts in Basingstoke! :)

I think England invented the roundabout! :)

We did if you consider The Circus in Bath (1768) to be a traffic roundabout. Otherwise its the 1904 Columbus Circle in Manhattan.
Our first PROPER road roundabout was in Letchworth in 1909.

Hi James

I remember we did both All My Loving and Please Please Me at WSM, we love playing those numbers :-)

Cheers

Saw the band some time back at Solihull (after a dreadful 120 mile journey on a friday night) - enjoyed the Shads & Beatles bits very much, but too many Cliff bits - and again the 'humour' was awful and embarrassing, and we thought rather insulted the memory of the Shads. Shame but we won't be going again.
