UTC is Universal Time, Co-ordinated. Apparently a second in UTC is not of a fixed length; it is constantly being adjusted. It's still as near to GMT as makes no difference. Yet another change of name for something for the sake of it. Bring back Peking, Bombay and Your Anus.

Speaking as someone who is simple I didn't notice the problem with the time, but then time is relative - Mr Einstein said so. Tom, I would never suggest you are simple - I would SAY it - but never suggest it.......... :roll:
