Just Arrived Newbie

Hi Everyone

Just Joined this Great Forum,

I started again to pick up guitar again after years of non playing. I use a Fender Strat 1990 American & a Burns Marvin 64, Mustang 2 Amp

These Pensioner years have caught up on me so hopefully many questions will be answered over time, please

Welcome to Shadowmusic Ron . Many of us are pensioners now. Children of the sixties, if you like. I have just reached my 70 years young milestone, & I still play guitar, along with many other friends in the same situation.
I have treated myself to too many nice guitars since I retired, but hey, we've earned our treats over the past 50 years.
I have a nice Fender Japan 'Hank Marvin' signature guitar, & a Burns Anniversary Marvin, amongst others. I also have a nice Vox AC15 Heritage model amp.

certainly got the right surname for a Shadows forum, you are not related to one of the composers of Dance On (The Avons) by chance?

Hope I can get info and also pass on info too.

My Surname being part of the duo who wrote DANCE ON, I remember many years ago when first took notice of The Shadows and that tune Dance On I thought I was related to the composer...but Dad said......."Who are The Shadows "...so I never ever found out if it was a relation.
