We might even get someone (Linda) to convince the owner of the Ryndle to put a bottle of single malt behind the bar. Aberlour or Glenmorangie would be nice

I know this is not in the video/soundfiles section, but it's a wee tune written by one of the guests coming to Scarborough, BT by Roger Allcock and mistakes by me. :D

This event on the weekend of the 2nd/3rd July is one not to be missed.

Apart from groups including Legend, The Ian McCutcheon Band and The Fentone Four, there is a rare opportunity to see Lennart Clerwall and Kurt Froberg playing together in this country.

For those that do not know, Lennart Clerwall is the composer of many Shadows style guitar instrumentals including :-

Secrets of the Sea, Flowers, Mexican Bodega, Romantic Evening, The Golden Sea, Gypsy Woman and many others.

Kurt Froberg is the lead guitarist with The Ryders - a terrific Swedish group

All of the above plus the excellent facilities listed on post No 6 of this thread make for one of the best events this year.

ps I haven't even mentioned the Fish'n'Chips on Saturday evening !
