As a proud Englishman I believe in innocent until proved guilty.
Again let me say that I am not trying to defend the seller, I don't know who he or she is, but I just feel that one should get the facts before accusing people.
A very good point Peter.Maybe we have been a bit hasty in assuming its wrong so if the person who knows of or as proof
of this would step forward and put things to rest then that's it but after all that CH as said about EFTP and EBay it
would be a complete about turn.
Pete
Maybe someone might want to contact CH for his response (I don't think so)
I see what you mean Pete, it would put things to rest, but why should he prove his innocence?
I would think that this is a matter for Mr Hall and the vendor and doesn't have anything to do with anyone else.
This thread started with someone pointing out that EFTP patches were for sale on Ebay which is a valid post as it may be of interest to members ( not me I might add as I don't use them). Anyone wishing to buy will make their own mind up as to if it is right or not.
My point is that people are jumping forward to comment on the legality without asking the relevant people.
From what I gather Mr Hall has moved on from EFTP and could have no further interest in it. It COULD be that someone asked if they could sell them and he COULD have said I don't care I've moved on............Who knows?
